The Professional Year Program, established by the Department of Home Affairs (DOHA), is designed for international students who have completed their education at an Australian institution. Approved by the Australian government, this program serves as an incentive for international students to acquire practical experience within the Australian market. Its primary objective is to enhance the skills and knowledge of foreign students. Successful completion of this course grants eligible applicants an additional 5 points towards their application for permanent residency in Australia.
